We cannot fulfill our mission without your support. Please consider making a financial contribution to support our work across Washington State.
Washington Voices needs your help! Over the past few years, we have been laying the foundation for a statewide grassroots organization that helps support those of us with a sex offense conviction, our families, and the community at large. Our efforts have included holding monthly Town Hall meetings, attending policy stakeholder meetings, and talking with legislators about the harmful impact of laws and policies they enact.
Today we are planning to grow. Your financial support will help us:
Build a stronger grassroots community of directly impacted people who are able to share resources across the state of Washington, learn ways to proactively change laws and policies that harm us, and break the chains of isolation through supportive friendships.
Educate our family, friends, and neighbors about ways they can support us through the challenges we face in seeking employment, housing, and in living our best lives.
Advocate for:
- accountability over retribution (sentencing alternatives to incarceration),
- facts over fear (elimination of lifetime supervision that causes more harm than good), and
- humanity over vilification (ensuring our rights to education, employment, and housing).
We understand that many in our community struggle with earning a living wage… We do this work for you! We ask that all who can donate $5.00 or more to please help us financially to build the capacity to make these changes we need. There are two easy ways to donate:
